Topic: How to make Jian Bin Guo Zi?
Is there anybody knows how to make Jian Bin Guo Zi? It tastes like the roti prata. But it is stuffed. Pls tell me how to make it , I have prepared the floor, egg, sausage. And what else should I prepare? Thanks !

一、Ingredients
原料

Ingredients / 材料:

* 3-4 section Yau Char Kwai (8-inch long) 油条
1.________________________________

* 50 g All-purpose flour
* 50克 面粉

* 10 g Semolina
2.__________________

* 100-120 g Water
* 100-120克 清水

* 2 Eggs, lightly beaten
* 2个 鸡蛋,打散

* 1 tbsp Chilli sauce
* 1大勺 辣椒酱

* 1/2 tbsp Seafood sauce
3.___________________

* 2 tbsp Chopped scallions
* 2大勺 葱花

* 1 tsp Sesame seeds
* 1小勺 芝麻粒

* 2 tsp Vegetable oil
* 2小勺 沙拉油


二、Method
做法

1. Mix together flour, half egg and water until you have a well-combined and lump free mixture. Heat up a skillet, and brush with a bit of oil. Scoop 3-4 tablespoons of batter over Tilt the pan with a circular motion so that the batter coats the surface evenly.
1. 面粉,半个鸡蛋以及清水入盆调匀成为无粉粒的稀面糊。烧热煎锅,搽上少许油,加入3-4大勺面糊,晃动锅子让面糊摊薄摊匀。

2. Pour some egg over; sprinkle chopped scallions and sesame seeds. Cook the batter for 1-2 minutes. Turn and cook the pancake until golden brown. Place it on a serving plate and brush with the sauces. Center the Yau Char Kwai and wrap up.
2. 入适量蛋液,洒上葱花和芝麻粒稍煎1-2分钟。翻面煎至呈金黄色,起锅摆盘。涂上辣椒酱以及海鲜酱,中间摆上油条,卷起成圆筒状即可。
