Ten years ago, China's oil resources were very precious, and international oil prices remained high. But we consider that if it is used in large-scale coal to gas projects such as coal to natural gas, the low gasification pressure will greatly reduce the system efficiency and product yield. Can we increase the pressure on the existing basis? After in-depth investigation and scientific demonstration, we believe that it is feasible to increase the pressure to 4 MPa. We put the idea into practice and achieved success. After this original technology was applied in Keqi coal to gas project, from the perspective of gasification reaction mechanism, increasing gasification pressure has an obvious effect on increasing methane content in crude syngas in gasifier. After the application of this innovative technology, the methane content of the crude syngas is increased from 8% to 13%, which greatly improves the yield of the product.

pioneered the large-scale industrial clean utilization of lignite in China. The total proven reserves of lignite in China are more than 600 billion tons. It is well known in the industry that in the past, when the slurryability of coal water slurry was lower than 55%, the industrial utilization was not optimistic, while the slurryability of lignite was only about 48%. After repeated exploration and continuous innovation, Datang Hulunbeier chemical fertilizer project uses about 48% lignite with slurrying property to make chemical fertilizer, and the unit capacity reaches the design value, which is the first successful application of lignite coal water slurry in China. Datang Group carried out coal chemical demonstration, whether coal to polypropylene or coal to gas, lignite is used as raw material, and has achieved success.
