Some parks did not achieve centralized treatment of sewage, only concentrated chemical enterprises, but became a centralized source of water pollution.

The harm of water pollution was greater than that of decentralized sewage.

In response to these problems, Xiong Yuehui, director of the science and Technology Standards Department of the Ministry of environmental protection, said that at present, pollution control is mainly focused on the end-of-the-end treatment link, and the development space is limited.

It is necessary for enterprises to pay attention to cleaner production, comprehensive recycling and pre control links from the production link, so as to turn pollution control into economic benefits for enterprises.

Therefore, it is necessary to improve the industrial application level of water treatment.

Shixiao volume told reporters that in order to ensure the effective implementation of the "ten water regulations", about 30 supporting policies and regulations will be issued.

According to the "ten water regulations", enterprises in key industries must complete the clean technology transformation before 2017, otherwise they will face the centralized rectification and ban.

Before 2017, the centralized sewage treatment facilities and automatic on-line monitoring devices must be installed in the industrial cluster areas according to the regulations.

Otherwise, the approval and approval of the construction projects to increase the water pollution discharge will be suspended and the qualification of the park will be revoked.
